SBI Probationary Officer (PO) Eligibility:

State Bank Of India Probationary Officer (PO) Eligibility Details.

Nationality:

Applicant must be a citizen of India.

Age:

The age of the candidates as of 01/04/020 must not be less than 21 years or more than 30 years, i.e., the candidates must have been born not later than 01/04/1999 and not earlier than 02/04/1990 (both days included).

Relaxation of upper age limit for reserved category candidates: Upper age relaxation is

(i) 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.

ii) 5 years in the following cases: a) SC/ST candidates. b) Ex-servicemen (including emergency commissioned officers/short service commissioned officers) who have completed at least five years of continuous military service and who are released on completion of service (including those whose service must be completed within six months from the date of the last date of receipt of application which is not due to employment layoff or dismissal due to error or inefficiency or/physical disability or physical disability or incapacity due to military service.

(iii) 15 years for PWD (SC/ST) candidates.

(iv) 13 years for PWD (OBC) candidates.

(v) 10 years for PWB (Gen/EWS) candidates.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess a degree from any recognized university, or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

Note:

Those who are in their final year/semester of graduation can also provisionally apply, must provide proof of passing the final exam when called for an interview. Applicants with an Integrated Double Degree (IDD) certificate must ensure completion by the IDD date.
